Here, you can learn how to create a form using the Ninja Forms plugin. How to Record Submissions in Ninja Forms After creating and attaching the form to your site, go to your site’s Dashboard. Click on the Ninja Forms menu, select your form, and then click on the gear icon to access the form’s settings. Click on the edit Go to the Email & Actions option and click on the Add New Section option in the section. Select the Record Submission button under the Core Actions. Now you can see the option related to the record submission. Here you can update the action name in it, and select the Save All button to save all fields in the admin. You can set fields under the exception section if you don’t want to add fields in the record submission. You can also delete submissions after a specific period. Here you can set the time duration for automatic deletion. After updating these settings, you can now see the records of specific forms in the submission menu. Go to the dashboard, next click on the submission under Ninja Forms, and select your form. The form entries will be displayed on the screen. Export FormData in WordPress On the submission screen, you will see two buttons: “Download All Submission” and “Bulk Form Exports“. Click on the button that suits your need to export the data from the dashboard into an Excel file.
